At Purramble, every order is packed with love, whiskers, and a sprinkle of magic. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we appreciate your patience as your cozy treasures make their way from Pawradise Lane to your doorstep.

1. Processing Time

  • Because many of our products are print-on-demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking details once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Typical delivery times are between 5 to 25 days, depending on shipping method and destination.​

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Most orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • Purramble is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been placed, and refunds cannot be given for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@purramble.com

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While delays are outside of our control, we’ll always do our best to help.
