Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2025

At Purramble, we want every order to feel like a cozy hug from Pawradise Lane. Each item is made with care, and many of our products are created print-on-demand just for you. Because of this, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns.

While each product is lovingly made just for you, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purramble.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if possible.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed for each order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size chosen (please check sizing charts carefully).

  • Color variations due to different screen displays.

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs beyond our control.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly.

  • After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellations.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a replacement order will be sent instead.

6. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

7. Magical Exceptions

  • If something truly unexpected happens (like a mug arriving with no handle or a hoodie stitched by a sleepy squirrel), reach out. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
